“ No wait to be seated on a Sunday at 10:00 am. Mimosas is located in such a cute part of town. Once you enter you'll be greeted with pleasant staff and plentiful brunch vibes and decor. We were seated in the outdoor covered patio section which can accommodate a few dozen people. They were a little understaffed this day and it was obvious, but our server was as attentive as he could be and our coffee mugs were never empty. Now the important part - the menu! Mimosas will not disappoint even the pickiest in your group. The drinks are devine, especially the bloody mary. I would also recommend the mimosa flights. Most of our party of 4 had difficulty deciding between 2-3 options, so we all opted to share our meals family style. Our gym queen chose a high protein option. The Belgian waffle was fluffy and large enough that a quarter was enough to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. Everything was delicious and the portions were ample. We will be back! ”
“ After the holiday, my friend and I decided to venture to this hidden, unassuming brunch spot. As far as I could tell, there is only metered parking around the place. The restaurant does not give chance if you wanted to use the old fashion coin method for the meters. But fear not, the meters can be paid online. There was plenty of parking at the day and time we went. But as we were leaving there was a wait list to get inside. The interior is colorfully decorated and a fun hip place to brunch. The servers and hosted were kind and efficient especially given how busy the place was. My friend and I started with the Kokomo mimosa flight. These were not the typical mimosa flights that other restaurants serve. It came with Sunshine, a bright sweet and sour drink. Made with lemonade and champaign. This one resembled a delightful lemon drop drink and one of my favorites of the three. The next one was Pina Colada. This one had coconut rum, pineapple juice and champaign. Not really my cup of....mimosa. Not particularly a fan of coconut. It was topped with toasted coconut and a dehydrated pineapple. Lastly there was the Peach Bellini. This one was delicious. Peach puree and champaign creating the perfect way to start. The food was also good. I started with the Bourbon Maple Sticky Bun. It was okay as far as sticky buns go. The topping was a bit thick but otherwise not bad. Then I ordered Dad's Eggs minus the hot sauce preparation. It came with heavenly scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese creating a lovely melody. With perfectly seasoned and cooked homestyle potatoes and waffles. The waffles could have been cooked a little longer. They were a bit soft and doughy. Overall I would highly recommend this place. ”
“ Very much enjoyed my experience. I went in on a Saturday morning and was by myself so I was sat very quickly. It was kind of loud but I was at the front of the restaurant near the entrance. Service was prompt and came and got my order. They were knowledgeable and told me about the mimosa flights. I picked the savage flight (my favorite was the ratchet with Hennessy). I ordered the drop biscuits to start. They were unremarkable and cold. I made this comment to my waiter and they were removed from the bill. I ordered the crab cake Benedict and asked them to scramble the eggs. It was delicious. Those seasoned potatoes were amazing. I will absolutely go back when I'm in Denver ”
“ There was no wait for mimosas and at first we were going to sit in a booth but we asked to sit at a high table. The server was funny and cool. It was his first day and we were his third customers but he did good. (I wish I remembered his name). I got an order of fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and it was my man first time having them and he enjoyed them so much . He also ordered the sunshine mimosa which was lemonade, and champagne I ordered boujee which was rose, grapefruit juice, with a brown sugar rim. Then I also ordered a Bellini mimosa which was so good . They were so good and so strong. I ordered the Welton omelette without the ham I switched it for chicken sausage, and I had a side of potatoes with cheese grits. He ordered the Avocado Benedict with an order of chicken sausage and he loved it too. I took a bite and it was pretty good and I'm not usually a Benedict person. 10/10 Definitely Recommend ”
“ Easy parking on the side of the building. Service was great and prompt. I made a reservation but honestly didn't need it. The mimosas were great and food even better. Good portions as well. ”
“ Excellent Beignets & mimosas. I sat inside opposite the kitchen. Very clean & colorful. I started with the Sunrise mimosa. The very image of color. I added an order of Beignets with their house-made chocolate sauce. Richer than milk chocolate buy lighter than dark chocolate. A decadent treat for $12. I then had the Bellini mimosa with peach puree and the Avocado Benedict. Freshly made hollandaise with 2 poached eggs on arugula with breakfast potatoes. Quite good, but needed to be warmer. They have QR menus at each table, but paper menus are readily available. Their back patio is quite large.Jared F greeted me and served me. All good. The female owner said hello. I saw 3 EV charging stations nearby. ”
“ Service was 100% honest, friendly. Easily upsold us a bottle of Prosecco for mimosas. Breakfast was good just like any other, we got steak and eggs, benedict and shrimp And grits we were satisfied ”
“ Pro tip: if you're able, go during the week! The waits here get pretty long and it's a small, cozy spot! Our service was wonderful. From upon entry to the entire meal. The fried green tomatoes are southern gal approved. I think next time I'd order them without the pesto because they are SO good on their own. The sticky buns are a great shareable for the table. The only negative was the 'power scramble'. It was not it. They grate the sauage up in the plate and it makes for a very gritty taste? Bleh. I wasn't a huge fan of the iced latte when it first arrived at the table because it was very heavy on the milk but our server was great and brought an additional shot of espresso to help balance it out. Overall, This place has great music and a very vibe. I could see a gals brunch here being a blast! I'll be back soon to try more! ”
